Choose from three different sizes: small, large, or extra large. Designed to be used in a Grill Dome or other similar-sized kamado cooker, the small indirect cooking rack has a 10-inch-diameter cooking surface and fits any 13-inch-diameter cooking grill; the large indirect cooking rack has a 13-inch-diameter cooking surface and fits any 18-inch-diameter cooking grill; the extra-large indirect cooking rack has an 18-inch-diameter cooking surface and fits any 22- to 24-inch-diameter cooking grill.

Indirect Cooking: Hang the rack in the downward position below the main cooking grill and place an aluminum drip pan or a ceramic/pizza stone on it to deflect the heat. view larger
